Mail order or internet sales — FRM43A
This form is required for all purchases of firearms, magazines, firearms parts and ammunition when delivered by courier, freight or the Dealer Network. Complete it and forward it to FSA; we'll email you the details you need to fill in, such as serial numbers. Once FSA return the processed and approved form to us, we dispatch your order.
This form is not required for pickup, or for delivery where we can personally sight and verify your firearms licence.

Permit to possess — FRM67A-RP
This form is required for purchases of pistols, prohibited firearms, restricted weapons, prohibited magazines and parts for the above. You must already hold the relevant endorsement on your licence. Complete it and forward it to FSA; we'll email you the details you need, such as serial numbers. Once we receive the Permit to Possess from FSA, we dispatch your order together with the paperwork.
